Nonverbal communication cannot be deceived. Unless and until carefully controlled, the subconscious state of mind will generally reveal what is in your mind. Psychologists study the same thing, and you have plenty of evidence to back it up.
Let us first define nonverbal communication.
Nonverbal communication entails communicating through your body movements (such as eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture, and touch), voice pitch and tone, proxemics (the physical distance between the sender and the receiver), instance/time, colors, sign language, and even your general environment.
Why is it important to understand the fundamentals of nonverbal communication?
Everyone uses nonverbal communication on a daily basis. Even a child can tell when to be quiet and when to make noise by observing the parents'/elderly's body language.
It is critical to relate, engage, and establish meaningful interactions whether at home, outside, or in the workplace.?
