Partnerships are vital for the success of non-profit organizations. Collaborating with other organizations, businesses, and community groups can help leaders amplify their impact and reach. An article from Forbes indicated that partnerships enhance the organization's brand, fuel innovation, and create new partnerships---All leading to increased impact.

However, building and maintaining strong partnerships can be a challenge in itself.....

To overcome this challenge, non-profit leaders should focus on building authentic and mutually beneficial relationships. Not partnerships just for the sake of partnerships!
