Below schematically is shown how the received sludge sample (Left), which contains crude oils, sediments and insolubles is turned into flowable liquid. At laboratory scale dispersion of Cleaner TC5225M in water was selected as the best product, which turned the sludge sample into three phases: oil phase at the top; clean water phase at the middle; and clean sand at the bottom (Middle). When a recognised industrial cleaning company used Cleaner TC5225M in water comparable to our lab tests, the same phases were obtained (Right).

During the cleaning of the separator No Men Entered the separator. And yes, the separator's interior (heating pipe bundles, walls, etc.) was perfectly clean.
