Know someone who is passionate about advancing the clean energy economy who could help shape CE4A's programs? Well, you are in luck. Nominations are now open for the Membership at Large position on our Board of Directors!

Members of our board actively participate in the governance and oversight of CE4A. They attend quarterly board meetings, shape plans and priorities, assist with development, and uphold CE4A's values. Nominations are open through June 12th, and voting will begin June 19th. The Membership at Large Director serves for a one-year term beginning in July.

Tom is a long-time investor in the impact sector and is the Founder of Latimer Partners, LLC and the Founder and Managing Partner of Diversity in the 4th Industrial Revolution (D4IR).?

Tom was raised in California by some of the state’s most well-respected Latino Civil Rights leaders — Phil and Nell Soto — and has followed their path to make a difference in his community. As Chairman of the New America Alliance, he worked to increase access to capital for diverse fund managers.?

He continues to be a champion for clean energy through his work. “IRA and the Infrastructure bill are the most patriotic and ambitious pieces of legislation addressing modern needs for economic development. Economic development that embraces all communities, all economics and is developing a clean and less carbon-driven America!”
