My name is Nokuthula Moeletsi, and I am a team leader at Capitec Business Client Care. I joined the bank in September 2019 as a receptionist. In 2021, I was promoted to call centre agent. In August 2023, I was promoted to the role of Team Leader in Business Client Care.

I would like to say to all women, "Dream big, work hard and make it happen" Sandra Day O'Connor once said, "Do your best at every task, no matter how unimportant it may seem at the time. No one learns more about a problem than the person at the bottom."

She was the first woman appointed to the Supreme Court. Working as a receptionist made me curious and eager to learn more about Business Banking. I made friends with everyone in the bank because I was the first point of contact. I went for it, and I made it happen. ?Never underestimate your power to change your life; it starts with you!

What inspires me:?It's a South African musician named Lerato Moipone, known professionally as Lira. She had a stroke, and she never gave up; she's slowly recovering and doing what she loves, which is singing. She never gave up on herself; she kept putting all her focus and energy into improving. "She is an excellent example of never giving up and going after what you want. This a perfect example of dreaming big, working hard and making it happen.

How do I empower myself? Nothing beats a positive attitude, positive self-talk, and dressing up. I believe that "when you dress up, you feel good, and when you feel good, you think positive." I am an open-minded person. I take feedback well. I learn from my mistakes and from others, and I always want to step out of my comfort zone. I challenge myself every day and set myself goals.
