Nokian Tyres ?? hiring for the future factory in Oradea, Romania

The Finnish company Nokian Tyres, one of the most important global players on the tire market, is stepping up hiring for the future factory in Oradea, with 350 positions available for managers and operators in the production area for 2024.

Currently, the new Plant is under construction, the production will start, according to estimates, in the second half of next year, the investment being about 650 million euros. Candidates can apply online, on the company website or submit their CV at the factory headquarters. In total, Nokian Tyres will create approximately 550 jobs.

At the beginning of 2024, a Launch Team will be formed, which will participate, during the spring, in a training course offered by Nokian Tyres at the company's headquarters in Nokia, Finland.

The factory in Romania will be part of the global production network of Nokian Tyres, along with the other units in Finland and the United States of America. The annual production capacity will be 6 million tires, with potential for expansion in the future.

The factory will focus on the production of tires for cars and large SUVs, which will be sold mainly on the Central European market. The location will also house a distribution unit for the storage and distribution of tires. The built surface amounts to approximately 100.000 m2.
