Harvard Business Review produced an excellent article, "Leaders Must React."
After speaking with a leader about building effectiveness in my work, this article resonated with me. I was advised to become good at chaotic noise cancellation in our conversation. Chaos is absolute, and the heat will get hot at times. I found that insight, to be honest, as I was no stranger to chaotic times, both personally and professionally.
However, I needed an organizational framework. I believe in proactive leadership. While that is a conviction of mine, it does not prevent leaders from reactive management to unexpected pressures. That's important because a pain tolerance threshold determines our significance or advancement as leaders. #freenugget
So, here is a helpful Reactive Management Framework for when chaos arises.
