THE WORKPLACE SHOILD BE SAFE

The office is supposed to be a place of growth, collaboration, and opportunity. But for too many women, it’s also a place where they face harassment, discrimination, and violence.

Whether it’s inappropriate jokes, unwanted advances, or being passed over for opportunities, gender-based violence in the workplace is far too common. It not only harms individuals but also weakens teams and stifles progress.

Here’s how we can make workplaces safer:

• Speak up: Report harassment and support colleagues who experience it. Silence enables abuse.
• Push for policies: Advocate for zero-tolerance policies against harassment and fair treatment for all employees.
• Be aware: Examine your own behaviors and biases. Respect and inclusion start with each of us.

A woman’s success should never come at the cost of her safety. Let’s build workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Because when it comes to violence at work, there’s #NoExcuse.
