Project - production of special coaches of the new BRAND NOE Design2life' in our industrial design - design, innovative selection of materials and manufacturing technology. In the innovative selection of the machine park in the new plant - mainly CNC machines, the technological line in the sustainable development of the production itself, but also the use of the future vehicle in harmony with the natural environment using electric motors, in the alternative of the hydrogen type guaranteeing zero CO2 emissions to the environment. With a reduced weight of 30% of the bus in the analogy of the size of the coach, made of plastic PC body, a few other plastics and chassis – a self-supporting structure conventionally called "skull" made of CF and AL. In a very luxurious and comfortable version for transporting passengers in the VIP Class, Covi-Travel and Special Bus segments.
The new NOE Design2life' product will guarantee its originality - without competitiveness in many aspects, which I take the liberty of quoting below: the coach (as a body - external shape) will be very contemporary in its external appearance - futuristic, ahead of the curve in order to gain a large advantage over the competition at the start. With a view to achieving the standards that may appear in the planned 2025. Breaking all previous fashion trends. In order to create a new cut, the design is not seen or copied.
I expect a breakthrough in fashion, functionality and the purpose of our ideas. Our new product NOE Desig2life' will be characterized primarily by a futuristic, groundbreaking design called Design2life' (second life), in its new cut it will externally have an absolutely different arrangement of sides (in the shape of the letter "S") and glass more rounded and raised to the roof, but down it will not end at the level of the passenger's chest (as is traditional in current coaches),?and flush with the passenger deck floor, and even lower to a state of very darkened transparency – close to zero. Maintaining the existence of structural elements of the body from the inside while maintaining the protection and safety of passengers.
Already in the production cycle, we break all routine stereotypes. We eliminate: the use of glass, liquid resins, granules, steel and the final painting of the car body – which so far makes the emission of toxic components into the environment. It may be the largest bus with the least weight and the safest bus in the world. It will provide better resistance to shattering, thanks to which it will reduce (in the event of an accident) - the risk of injury. It will also protect against burglaries due to the extremely selected - durable material. The transparency of the selected materials will be classically clean, providing excellent visibility to the passengers of the vehicle as well as comfortable work of the driver, who in the exposed design will acquire a very horizontal visibility, which is the most horizontal on the passenger deck.
There are also benefits of better damping, less abrasion and a higher degree of recovery of secondary materials. And in the case of, for example, side collisions, the selected materials will absorb energy very efficiently. But they will also ensure the highest available level of flame retardancy - a high non-flammable class (at the time of possible ignition of the coach) they will meet many standards in the field of toxic combustion products, specifying the permissible emission of carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. And also very low smoke emissions with a low specific gravity, without the use of bromine and chlorine compounds additives, thus meeting the requirements (ROS) in the new EU directives, and other environmental regulations – EC standards. While maintaining excellent mechanical properties, improved plasticity and strength.
I am not afraid to say that this innovative solution (on the scale of several – 5 patents) of using a double axle at the front (for load balance for 15 m long bus) and a single rear axle with very large wheels (1.35 m of the inner diameter of the rim) is a very bold solution: designer, in order to increase driving comfort, and above all to install large two electric motors located opposite each other. Which excludes the need to install a minimum of four, which is currently the custom of manufacturers to obtain the right propelling power. Powered by batteries integrated into one in the location under the floor of the luggage compartments of the middle and rear of the bus. With this solution, we will reduce the center of gravity of the bus mass to the maximum, which will be the highest safety factor.

We are considering the possibility of installing photovoltaics - cells on the transparent roof space of the bus in order to recover and recharge the battery while the bus is driving, but also micro wind turbine units generating electricity while the vehicle is driving. There are already such solutions in the world. What not everyone knows. Wherever it will be necessary, indoor and outdoor lighting, of course LED to reduce energy demand, etc.
It will reach the largest dimensions, the largest two electric motors in non-standard wheels in the rear single axle of the vehicle, reaching the greatest possible power, but also the distance, thanks to freedom and a new place for batteries reaching up to 1000 km for the next charge. And at the same time it will achieve a weight reduction of 30% to 50% of the bus in analogy, thanks to the PC body used in the production of plastics, reinforced from the inside with PU foam plating, a few other newest plastics available on the market. And the use of the chassis – a self-supporting structure conventionally called a "skull" made of CF, AL will create huge reserves (up to 50% reduction in its weight in analogy) of weight that are important for the installation of electric motors with batteries (heavier solutions than in the tradition currently used in combustion engines).
The interior design will deviate from the current rules and stereotypes (e.g. from the two-row arrangement of shelves), we intend to use a new well-thought-out (in terms of future users) industrial design asymmetrical for the interior in our non-repetitive Design2life', very functional, arranged modularly depending on the necessary number of places and equipment necessary to fulfill the function for the selected model. For example, for VIP Class*****- NOE Design2life' the internal sheathing of the passenger deck will also be made of PC with the addition of exotic wood in a changed arrangement of aircraft seats and more 2 + 1 boxes asymmetrically as in business class and still differently (due to COVID-19, which will rather live with us ?!).?In the location of the large rear wheel arch there will be a bar annex, just in front of it in the lower toilet and opposite the shower with toilet, dressing room for flight attendants of the future NOE coach.
We will use a different (from the center of the coach - from the spine) supply of hot and cold air conditioning, lighting and anti-covid nozzles, including side vents from posts, ribs on the sides without giving up floor vents. Maintaining the possibility of individual adjustment of the supply force from the side vents. We eliminate luggage racks in favor of individual boxes at the seats. We arrange other much more modern LED lighting from the spine and awnings that will come out of it for shading, but also night lighting. In addition, there will be ozone nozzles and ultraviolet parking lighting for disinfection of the vehicle in the fight against COVID-19, as well as a disinfection lock (Anti-COVI) with a special mechanism extending outside the bus in front of the middle entrance to the bus.
All activities will be aimed at achieving maximum comfort for VIP and Senior passengers, aesthetics, convenience in "splendor" excluding any restrictions dictated by coaches made in the first tourist version, and only from this position reworked, adapted for use in the VIP and Special classes.?Developed by Miroslaw Krutul
