NOE Design2life bus design' opportunity to build the COVI Travel - Design2life' model?!

Design - production of special coaches of the new brand NOE Design2life' in our industrial design – design, innovative selection of materials and manufacturing technologies. In the innovative selection of a machine park in the new plant - mainly CNC, technology line in the sustainable development of production itself, but also the use of a future vehicle in harmony with the environment using electric motors, in an alternative hydrogen guaranteeing zero CO2 emissions to the environment. With a reduced weight by 30% of the bus in analogy, plastic PC body, a few other plastics and chassis – a self-supporting structure conventionally called "skull" made of CF and AL.

In a very luxurious and comfortable version for passenger transport in the VIP Class, Travel and Special Bus segment. Already in the production cycle we break all stereotypes. We eliminate: the use of glass, liquid resins, granules, steel and the final painting of the body – which so far makes the emission of toxic components to the environment. It could be the largest bus with the smallest weight and the safest bus in the world. It will provide better resistance to breaking down, so it will reduce (in the event of an accident) - the risk of injury. It also protects against intrusions due to extremely selected - durable material. The transparency of selected plastics will be classically clean, providing excellent visibility to the passengers of the vehicle as well as the comfortable work of the driver, which in the exposed design will gain very horizontal visibility, which is the most horizontal on the passenger deck. There are also benefits of better damping, less abrasion and a higher degree of recovery of secondary materials. And in the case of, for example, components, selected materials will absorb energy very efficiently. But they will also ensure the highest available level of flame retardant - high class not combustible (for the moment of possible inflammation of the coach) they will meet many standards for toxic combustion products, determining the permissible emission of carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyano-hydrogen, sulphur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide. And very low smoke emissions with low specific weight, without the use of additives in bromand chlorine compounds, thus meeting the requirements (ROS) in the new EU directives, and other environmental legislation , EC standards. Maintaining excellent mechanical properties, improved plasticity and strength. I'm not afraid to say this innovative solution (tailored to several patents) to use a double axle in front (for load balance for 15 m bus length) and a single rear axle with very large wheels (1.35m inner diameter of the rim) is a very bold solution: design, to increase driving comfort and, above all, to install large two electric motors facing each other. Powered by batteries integrated into one in a location under the floor of the luggage hatches of the middle and back of the bus. With this solution, we will reduce the maximum center of gravity of the bus mass, which will be the highest safety factor.

We are considering the possibility of installing solar cells on the transparent roof space of the bus to recover and recharge the batteries while driving the bus, but also teams of micro wind turbines generating electricity while driving the vehicle. There are already such solutions in the world. Wherever it will be necessary indoor and external lighting, of course, LED for reducing energy demand, etc.

Who do we build?!

The planned product will be intended for exceptional groups and their specific very demanding customers with different needs, calling them special. This is a new direction of bus production. The technology adopted and current technological, technical and material achievements will allow for more frequent replacement of the shapes of the bus body than in previous years referred to in a decade. Here we will see the possibility of reacting quickly to changes in design that can be fashionable at any given time, or attractive, or expected depending on the country in the world to which such a bus could be ordered. The coach will perform a special function, it will be designed for min: I will give examples of "for Sport"; for Bussines" ; for Arts" ; for Veterans; for COVI Travel" (yes with a unique interior design for the carriage of seniors more at risk of infection with corona virus than other younger travelers – these are just examples of possibilities, leaving many others usable.

NOE Design2life's new product will guarantee its originality - without competitiveness in many aspects, which I allow myself to quote below: Coach (as a solid - external shape) will be very contemporary in its external appearance - futuristic, ahead very forward to gain a large advantage on the start from the competition. With a view to achieving the standards that may appear in the planned 2025. Breaking all stereotypes and fashion trends. In order to create a new cut, the design is not looked at or copied.

It will reach the largest dimensions, the largest two electric motors in wheels not standard in the rear single axle of the vehicle reaching the highest possible power, but also distance, thanks to the freedom and new battery space reaching up to 1000 km for the next charge. And at the same time it will achieve a 30% reduction in weight to 50% of the bus in analogy, thanks to the PC body used in the manufacture of plastics, reinforced from the inside pu foam plating, a few other latest plastics available on the market. And the use of the chassis – a self-supporting structure contractually called "skull" made of CF, AL will create huge weight reserves that are important for the installation of electric motors with batteries (heavier solutions than in the tradition currently used).

Interior design will differ from current rules and stereotypes (e.g. two-row shelf layout), we intend to create a new industrial design asymmetric for the interior in our non-repeatable Design2life', very functional, modularly arranged depending on the necessary number of seats and equipment necessary to perform the function for the selected model. For example, for VIP Class*****- NOE Design2life' internal passenger deck plating will also be made of PC with exotic wood additions in a changed arrangement of air seats and more boxes 2+1 asymmetrically as in the business class and even differently (due to COVID-19, which would rather live with us still ?!). The location of the large rear wheel arch will be located in the bar annex, right in front of it at the bottom of the toilet and opposite the shower with toilet, dressing room for flight attendants.

We will use another (from the middle of the coach - from the spine) air supply of warm and cold air conditioning, including side vents from the posts, ribs on the sides without giving up the floor supply. Maintaining the possibility of individual adjustment of the supply force from the side supply. We eliminate luggage shelves in favor of individual boxes at the seats. We arrange other much more modern LED lighting from the spine and awnings that will come out of it in order to shade, but also night lighting. In addition, ozone nozzles and ultraviolet parking lighting will appear for disinfection of the vehicle in the fight against COVID-19, as well as before the middle entrance to the bus there will be a disinfectant lock (Anti-COVI) with a special mechanism extending outwards of the bus.

All activities will aim to achieve maximum comfort for VIP passengers, aesthetics, comfort in glamour" excluding any restrictions dictated by coaches performed in the first tourist version, and only from this position worked, adapted for VIP use. I look forward to a breakthrough in fashion, functionality and the purpose of our ideas. I think the COVID-19 won't leave us so quickly when we look at the pandemic globally, for this reason we should think for new vehicles to produce how we can adapt them so that the way we contagion is limited. It is very important that our potential passengers can take their rest and travel as safely as possible, and that transport companies do not have to be closed or quarantined.
