Node Ranking for Network Topology-Based Cascade Models – An Ordered Weighted Averaging Operators’ Approach

Interested in multi-criteria decision modelling to identify critical nodes when different cascade models are used in a network, please revise the following paper published in Reliability Engineering & System Safety. Weighted OWA operators (WOWA) are used to model the decision-maker preferences associated with risk perception, compensation, entropy of information, among other aspects. To illustrate the approach, the effects of the additional information provided by the decision-maker as well as their variations (e.g., due to uncertainty) are evaluated using a real electric power grid under three cascade models.
