The summer vacations are on. Do you have your children running around and joining your teams meeting! I empathize with you. As complex as it sounds, its amazing to see them grow up.

Work wise, the projects are mostly in full swing during this time of the year and also to manage the vacation periods across teams is an interesting jigsaw puzzle to solve. Good luck to all projects you are involved in and Hope all of you have good break to re-energize during the summer to prepare for the second half of the year. Personally me and my family will be visiting India and looking forward to the amazing food loads of love!

Copilot is on at the top of my list and I am in study mode and have become a sponge to absorb as much information as possible.
