#noCode: PBX for Sales
Problem: We 've been in troubles with our call-center.
Here are some major problems:
- Sales-managers started to call new leads with some time-lag.
- We can't answer inbound call. They were turned off.
- There are a lot of types of traffic - we need some call-trackig system.
- Sales managers often can't successfully get through leads (because of time-lag/ quality / phone-blocking). It took about 20 minutes for the first conversation.
Solution
I've configured PBX, that solved all these problems. I've integrated it with ZohoCRM with Zapier.
#1. Sales-managers started to call new leads with some time-lag.+ #4. Sales managers often can't successfully get through leads (because of time-lag/ quality / phone-blocking).
- New lead appears in main CRM.
- New lead immidiatelly sends to PBX CRM.
- IF we have "ready to conversation" operator, PBX starting to call the lead.
- IF PBX geting through successfully to lead ( if no - we will try to get through from different phone numbers / time lag.) and recognised that it is real person (not voicemail) it plays mp3-file with special info.
- In this time PBX call-back to sales managers.
- When sales manager pick up the phone - client ready to go.
- Zapier updates lead in main CRM aftes succesfull conversation.

- I've set up all calltracking numbers in PBX.
- For each number i've built custom logic depends on source / type of traffic / offer
- I've made resurrection procedure: those leads who was marked in main CRM as BAD because of impossible to get through and who called back to unanswered call - immidiatelly became ready to go leads in CRM
