Roles & Responsibilities
?
Routine tasks include, but are not exclusive to:
?
? Incident/Service Request/Change/Problem Management
? Mentoring Shift manager for managing Ticket sanity throughout its life cycle.
? Proactive engagement of escalation to make sure SLAs are met.
? Reducing Long pending issues count.
? Facilitating CAB calls with required stakeholders as per the Customer/Business requirements.
? Identifying Issues/Improvements qualifying Problem Tickets.
? Ensuring Customer Asset inventory is up to date.
? Known Error Database management along with the shift managers.
? Work in conjunction with the other NOC Team members to summarize all Critical escalations.
? Generating Incident/SR/Change/Problem/KB Reports as per customer/Business requirements.
? Facilitating the NEO process.
? Validating Team’s Shift rostering prepared by shift managers.
? Conduct weekly meetings with the team for operational feedback.
? Develop Probation period assessment parameters.
? Validating the Shift Manager's Assessment of qualifying an Engineer for Full-time employment (post probation).
? Define KRA working with the NOC Business Development Team.

? Conduct performance reviews for the Team.
? Perform Career planning for the team.
? Identifying, Planning & Scheduling Process training & Technical training.
? Identifying & Developing process SOPs working with NOC Business Development Team.
? Ensuring SOPs are available for the Team.
? Identifying recruitment needs for the team.
? Driving Recruitment with HR to fulfill the needs of the team.
? Ensuring/Identifying the availability of required Tools/Platforms for NOC operations.
? Customer Engagement for reporting NOC performance monthly & annually as per Business definition along with the Business development team.
? Participate in customer meetings when a NOC representative is required.
? Adding NOC pre-sales activity.
? Facilitating Projects to Support Handover
? Sharing Service Improvement Plans with the Business development team & Leadership
? Review the Monthly Operations Report to analyze NOC performance.
? Acknowledge those who have exceeded expectations and those who have not met expectations for R&R or PIP

DESIRED QUALIFICATION-
? ITIL/ITSM or other industry-related certification is preferred.
? 6–8 years of Team Lead/Supervisory/Shift Manager experience
? People leadership and direction experience. For example, shift scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary, hiring, etc.
? Professional manner and customer service experience
? Understanding of Telecommunication networks and methodology required
? Excellent communication skills
