This month, I am exploring angles on the Virtue I call COOLness... for reasons of strengthening my health and my own sense of Service. And these past few days, I have been digging more into Stoicism... and its 4 Cardinal Virtues, if you will.

We got into Courage... for a bit, and will return. Now, it is onto Justice.

Thinking for ourselves, with Discernment. Refraining from prejudice (pre-judgement), backbiting and gossip. Making and keeping fair agreements. Making restitution for our mistakes and errors, as best we can. Honoring others, and ourselves. The Courage to stand for what we see to be right and true. These are Justice, in practice. It stands in the face of the knee jerk and the jumping to fast conclusions... and errors in perception. It stands in the face of simple opportunism and manipulation. It stands strong, true and trustworthy... and is an immeasurable asset in building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, constituents and companions. It is noble.

The Justice Lead holds conversation around same. I am going to explore such some more in the next post or so.

For now, I humbly invite you to read and reflect on Justice and Nobility... above. Imagine what they look like to you, in practice and action. What would their walk and talk look like?

Peace, passion and prosperity... aim high...
