The Win Advantage Issue #13

The No.1 reason your sales team has a low win rate

Welcome to the next edition of The Win Advantage For Sales Leaders.

There's a palpable sense that things may be getting a little more cautious in the future. Now, more than ever, making sure your team closes the opportunities in front of you has never been more important.

It still surprises me in conversations with sales leaders how many are resigned to a lower win rate than they should achieve. Once we get in the training room and unleash our coaches on their team, it is transformational in terms of the confidence and belief the team gains and the results they start achieving.

In this issue, I explain what I feel is the No.1 reason why your sales team is not performing to the level it should be.

Also, we have another Pitch Clinic coming up on at 5.30pm on 4th of August and I'm joined by the highly experienced Executive Coach David Bliss. Register here or see further details below.

As always, if you have any feedback or would like to discuss how we can help your sales team increase your win rate, contact us today at?[email protected]?or call us on +44 20 3303 0415.

INSIGHT

The No.1 reason your sales team has a low win rate

Do you suffer from a low win rate as a sales team?

If you're losing as many pitches, presentations or bids as you're winning - in other words around 50% - you could, and should, be doing much better.

In this video, The Win Academy Managing Director Martin Coburn explains why sales teams suffer from low win rates and what you can do about it to improve your win rate.

The Pitch Clinic with Martin Coburn and David Bliss - 4th August, 5.30pm (UK time)

The Pitch Clinic is back in August and we're ready to help overcome the challenges that stop you achieving a higher win rate.

This month, we welcome Executive Coach David Bliss to the Pitch Clinic session, hosted by Win Academy Managing Director Martin Coburn.

David brings a vast amount of experience and expertise, and coaches clients in a range of sectors in the areas of winning new business, negotiation, communication and storytelling.

David started his professional life in advertising before bringing the concept of juice bars over to London from the States. After building a successful chain, he sold the business to a leading health club provider and used his experience to move into the world of business coaching a number of years ago.

As always, invite your team to join a session, during which we will discuss issues that arise for pitch teams and answer questions submitted.

Have a question you’d like to put to us? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll answer your question on the call (you can also ask any others that spring to mind during the session).

Register for the Pitch Clinic here.
