No-shows from your scheduled leads?

Here's what to do if your business has a high no-show rate on scheduled appointments online.
First look at the conversions:
20% or less no show rate is good, 30% is ok, anything above 35% is unacceptable. The best actions for decreasing no-show rates start by adding email or sms reminders to your automation sequence.
This is a great part of the follow up pre-call sequence that can be used to add some testimonials and to treat these emails as a resell to why they need to show up each reminder that’s sent
? Send a video text IMMEDIATELY after an application OR scheduled call comes in from the closer. You can have this tracked and set up in your autoresponder.
This would be a video text that gets sent to the applicant or scheduled caller that implies they are excited to chat, wanted to face the person they’ll be speaking with that’s going to help them, and to send any questions over between now and the call time. Like, “we're excited to help now that you’ve scheduled a call with us, here’s something you can do/become aware of/some things to expect on the call together” You're just adding more context for them to get to know you and want to work with you.
Your video message can be sent from your phone or computer- no need to get fancy. Make sure on the day of the appointment, to have the autoresponder get sent out in increments of one hour, 30 minutes, and 15 minutes, and 2 minutes before the appointment.
Add testimonials for further framing to get the person more committed to showing up for the call.
The best part is you only need to set this automation up once! And you'll see a massive difference with more scheduled leads, whiling keeping the no-shows below 20%.
Good luck!
