Welcome back to our NMA Monday Alert! It’s cold here in Hamburg today, but we have some cool updates for you.

Let’s start with an update that we forgot to put into last weeks newsletter.

Christoph went to Berlin to attend the presentation of the “Impact of Venture Clienting 2023” study. We have been focusing on Venture Clienting for some time now because it has numerous advantages over the classic model of acceleration for both the startups and the corporates. The numbers and trends presented in Berlin made it clear for us that we are on the right track. Thanks to our friends from GlassDollar for the research and the invitation!

Last week Nico attended the eBizztalk, hosted by our friends at Hanse Ventures and listened to two presentations that couldn’t be more different, but both had entrepreneurship in its focus. Holger Hübner talked about the festival he founded over 30 years ago and how it evolved into the world’s largest Heavy Metal festival: Wacken Open Air. And then Mark Miller gave some insights into the German M&A market and talked about how he grew Carlsquare into the largest M&A advisory company in Germay. Pretty interesting stuff and it was great to meet people from the Hamburg ecosystem again!

Also, taking a look at the Elbphilharmonie from the Hanse Venture rooftop terrace never ceases to amaze.
