NJRC Meeting with Dominican Republic Consulate General Carlos Castillo

Carlos Castillo, Consulate General, Dominican Republic, and Director, Coalition of Latin American Consuls in New York, met with NJRC partners, staff, and clients this week to discuss the needs of foreign-born reentry clients. Clients need legal services and identification as they reintegrate back into society, and we had a meaningful discussion about ways to improve their reentry process going forward.
