Our venture into the homecare sector is grounded in a solid legacy. Pinnacle boasts its own distinguished past, including being a frontrunner in at-home apnea monitors. However, like many local HMEs, Pinnacle has experienced significant market shifts over the past decade, predominantly due to CMS’s competitive bidding model. This paradigm shift has led to a decrease in small, community-focused HME providers, resulting in a noticeable void in the market for personalized, dependable service — a gap we are poised to fill.
