Sentencing for Menendez is scheduled for October 29,2024 by the Honorable US District Court Judge Sidney H. Stein in the Southern District of New York 500 Pearl Street ?New York, Court room 23A. How ironic , the Gold Doors of the Patrick Moynihan Courthouse where the trial took place and now sentencing.? ??The entrance doors are perfectly suited to match the Gold Bars he was receiving.? ??

New Yorkers got it right, Menendez betrayed New Jersey Constituents for years, literally helping the Fraudsters steal Homes while he was collecting Gold Bars, Cash, and a Mercedes, among other criminal actions as charged by the DOJ.?

Several years of Material Facts of evidence filed on the Federal Court Docket in several lawsuits.? All ?these very serious allegations against Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse and at least 4 lawyers of Counsel!?

Mr. Alfie Feder and Menendez did nothing to stop the crimes!? Quite the opposite occurred!

Detailed in the First Amended Complaint [2:22-cv-02705] with 5 Goldman Sachs Entities all separately licensed, buying & selling Consumer mortgages via the RMBS, changing mortgage Balances, using Credit Suisse - Select Portfolio Servicing, as the Servicer and Debt Collector,? Demanding fraudulent Fees;? Either pay up now or they will proceed to foreclose your home and torment and harass any Homeowner that dares to fight back with civil lawsuits!?

This is how Goldman Sachs, the Mortgage Creditor, steals another million-dollar asset to add to their Real-estate? portfolio.?
