NJ GOVERNOR SAYS "NO" TO NORTH BERGEN, NJ POWERPLANT

Hundreds of people spoke for their few minutes "provided" in NJ's EMP HEARINGS of 2019. 

The partial notes found below in form of an EMAIL, is of a speaker present at an August 2019 EMP HEARING at Seton Hall University, whom took the public speaking opportunity to speak against POWERPLANT instead, providing a concept that may provide THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR PHIL MURPHY for another "epiphany." 

IMPLEMENTED, the concept turned reality creates endless revenue to NORTH BERGEN and THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, making the POLLUTING POWER PLANT site and surrounding areas face better fate with Economic Growth.

It provides EDUCATIONAL opportunity with UNIVERSITY ANNEX buildings of perhaps SETON HALL UNIVERSITY, RUTGERS UNIVERSITY, STEVENS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY, and/or HUDSON COUNTY COLLEGE, with all offering UNDER GRADUATE and GRADUATE HIGH DEMAND OCCUPATION TRAINING/EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES in "MURPHY'S UTOPIA."

It also provides UNEMPLOYED, UNDEREMPLOYED, and NON-COLLEGE post High School education population, EMPLOYMENT/TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, with NEW JERSEY'S TRANSPORTATION, LOGISTICS and DISTRIBUTION learning and employment opportunities made near impossible for NJ residents not residing in COUNTY OF UNION, which includes making attendance difficult for COUNTY OF HUDSON residents to receive this training

 NEWLY CREATED INNOVATIVE LARGER SPACE than 900 SQUARE FEET per CLASSROOM for NEWLY CREATED EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION approach including using a CREATIVE CURRICULUM more mind stimulating then current norm, starting with INFANTS, that includes having 3 YEAR OLDS become SELF RELIANT, and demonstrating ADVANCED THINKING used for COMPLEX Problem Solving, a CREATIVE WORLD VIEWING EXPERIENCE, INNOVATIVE CAREER LEARNING EXPERIENCE, LINGUISTICS SKILLS INCLUDING COMMUNICATING IN THREE LANGUAGES AT YEAR END, PLUS.

ALL FOSTERING LEADERSHIP PERSONALITIES at age 3, in most children participating in this new teaching approach, that continues to stimulate minds through High School and beyond.

LIVING SPACE STRUCTURES being built include FAIR HOUSING, HOTELS and HIGH DEMAND CONDOMINIUMS together with ADEQUATE STATE OF THE ART SELF PARKING STRUCTURES.

After CLEANING UP WEST SIDE HIGHWAY AND 1/9 Corridors in NORTH BERGEN, and making FASCADES of ENHANCED existing buildings uniformed, strategically enhancing existing RAILS (COMMUTER and INDUSTRIAL), from PORT NEWARK and PORT BAYONNE to TETERBORO and CARLSTADT, and extending INDUSTRY RAIL into new INDUSTRIAL RAIL INLETS added to strategically planned building (new and enhanced) sites for entry of RAW PRODUCTS and EXIT of FINISIED PRODUCTS, and into others sites of RESEARCH, WAREHOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, LOGISTICS and DISTRIBUTION, with added COMMUTER LIGHT RAIL for facilitating PUBLIC COMMUTE to MURPHY'S EUTOPIA, a COMPLEX in NORTH BERGEN, NJ once slated for a DOOMING POWER PLANT.

The following is in part what I read in hearing, and request it be made public together with other statements being made public.

 I say. "STOP POWER PLANT & start constructing #MURPHY EDUCATIONAL MULTI INDUSTRY PROJECT." Call it "MURPHY'S WAY, ETOPIA." From proposed site of POWERPLANT to SOUTH SIDE of NORTH BERGEN & SECAUCUS line to TETERBORO & CARLSTADT line. Enhancing area with; MASSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN UP CONTINUED & COMPLETED; upgraded RAILROAD> PORT NEWARK to TETERBORO, feeding enhanced & newly erected structures housing, logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing entities complimented w/ OFFICE spaces adjacent to these structures and/or above; 2 hotels one overlooking MURPHY'S WAY ETOPIA & other #MEADOWLANDS both w/NYC views; an annex of a state or private university providing EDUCATION and CAREER START opportunities, w/grads, & residents in part FEDERALLY funded; a one of a kind early childhood facility serving as MODEL for U.S.A. & the WORLD; JITNEY ROUTE to LIGHT RAIL extending from SECAUCUS TRAIN STA to BAYONNE CRUISE SHIP PORT (adding EXPRESS LINE); restaurants; shops; performing arts theatre; cinema; low to moderate income housing on one side and luxury condos& rental buildings on another side w/both sharing conveniences of this ETOPIA in #NORTHERNNJ. An amazing turnaround for #NorthBergen& NJ. #ANGELLLERENA
