Time frame

Experience Certificate The adviser of the relevant Subject Division shall issue a certificate at Annexe "B" attesting to the successful completion of the internship in the enclosed format.
Attendance
The candidate must mark in and out time every day and maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75% while working as an intern at NITI Aayog. No experience certificate will be granted or the internship time extended if attendance is less than 75ok. The heads of the verticals, divisions, units, OSDs, senior consultants, and consultants are responsible for keeping track of attendance and work supervision details.
Selection Process and Additional Scheme Modalities
(i) For additional review and the selection of qualified applicants, the online applications will be made available to the relevant Heads of Verticals, Units, Divisions, OSDs, Senior Consultants, and Consultants at NITI Aayog.
(ii) No more than three (3) interns may be accepted for internships at a time by the heads of verticals, divisions, or units. If the CEO of NITi Aayog agrees, this figure may be lowered beyond three. The adviser's judgment on a candidate's suitability as an intern will be final and legally binding.
(iii) The vertical or division may request that the chosen applicants provide a soft copy of their NOC from their principal or head of the department, providing enough time before the vertical head issues the offer letter. Additionally, it must be stated in the NOC that the student will not be enrolled in any classes that require attendance during the internship.When the candidate joins, the vertical or division must get the original NOC from the college or institution and confirm the candidate's eligibility using the original paperwork.
(iv) The list of chosen applicants will be posted on NITI Aayog's website by the relevant vertical or division.
(v) NITI Aayog retains the authority to establish eligibility requirements, set a cap on the number of candidates who can be contacted within a given time frame, and choose the screening method based on the volume of applications received for a specific domain or area.
(vi) It will be the personal responsibility of the concerned heads of Verticalsl Divisions/Units and OSDs/Senior Consultants/Consultants to make sure that the work program and output that have been mutually agreed upon with the intern are finished satisfactorily. After their work, interns should be expected to deliver a concise report or paper to the heads of the relevant Vertical Divisions/Units and OSDs/Senior Consultants/Consultants regarding their educational journey.
(vii) The relevant Heads of specific Verticals, Divisions, Units, OSDs, and Senior Consultants may provide seminars or presentations to their interns.
