Good thinking leads to logical, constructive planning;
Bad thinking frequently leads to tension and nervous breakdowns.
In our daily life we are worried so much about yesterday’s problems or tomorrow’s problems, instead of doing what is necessary today.
It would be better to think your life as an hourglass.
You know there are thousands of grains of sand in the top of the hourglass.
They all pass slowly and evenly through the narrow neck in the middle.
Nothing you or I could do would make more than one grain of sand pass through this narrow neck without impairing the hourglass.
You and I and everyone else are like this hourglass.
When we wake up in the morning, there are hundreds of tasks which we feel that we must accomplish that day.
It is always better and more effective doing one task at a time and focus on next task after we complete previous one.
It is similar to the one grain of sand passing through the narrow neck of the hourglass at any point of time.
If we keep worrying, jumping with tensions, anxiety , stress etc then we are bound to break our own physical or mental structure.
