NIO's June Highlights: 1 New Record and 8 Highlights Worth Noting

A New Record: NIO Delivered 21,209 New Vehicles in June

NIO delivered 21,209 vehicles in June 2024, representing an increase of 98.1% year-over-year. The deliveries consisted of 11,581 premium smart electric SUVs, and 9,628 premium smart electric sedans. NIO delivered 57,373 vehicles in the second quarter of 2024, representing an increase of 143.9% year-over-year. Cumulative deliveries of NIO vehicles reached 537,020 as of June 30, 2024.

NIO ES8 and ET5/ET5T Rank No.1 by Segment in J.D. Power China New Energy Vehicle Initial Quality Study

On June 6, J.D. Power, a consumer insight and market research organization, released the "2024 China New Energy Vehicle Initial Quality Study (NEV-IQS)". In this study, the NIO ES8 was honored as No.1 in the Premium BEV segment, while the NIO ET5/ET5T was listed as No.1 in the Midsize BEV Car segment. Since 2019, NIO has been crowned No.1 by segment in NEV-IQS of J.D. Power for six consecutive years. This is also a testament to NIO’s adherence to high-quality criteria in the interest of its users.

NIO Unveils its "All Time Quality System"

On June 26, the "2024 NIO Quality Journey" was held at NIO Factory Two (NIO F2) at NeoPark in Hefei, Anhui, where NIO unveiled its "All Time Quality (ATQ) System". Designed for the benefit of users, it takes All Time Management, Data & Intelligence Driven, and Rapid Continuous Improvement as the foundation of core capabilities. NIO EL8 Hits the Market in Europe: Witnessing steady progress in its globalization strategy

On June 13, the intelligent electric flagship SUV - NIO EL8 (ES8 in the Chinese market) officially hit the market in five European countries: Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark. This marks the sixth model launched by NIO since entering the European market. With the successful entry of the EL8 into these countries, NIO’s product matrix in the European market has been further enhanced, and its high-end brand positioning and globalization strategy layout have been further demonstrated.

NIO’s First Batch of Power Swap Station 4.0 Officially Comes into Service

On June 13, the first batch of NIO’s Power Swap Station 4.0 officially came into service, enabling autonomous battery swapping for multiple brands and models. This fully upgraded battery swapping experience is available for users of NIO, Onvo, and strategic power-swapping partners, making recharging even more convenient than refueling.

NIO Power and GAC Energy Enter into Charging Interconnection Partnership

On June 7, NIO Power and GAC Energy officially entered into an interconnection cooperation on the charging network. According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides will share dynamic data between charging platforms, thus realizing bidirectional interconnection among charging facilities. As the first project launched after NIO and GAC signed a strategic cooperation on charging and swapping on May 8, it aims to provide users from both sides with charging services featuring extensive coverage, efficient inquiry, and convenient use.

NIO Power and FAW Hongqi Conclude a Charging Interconnection Partnership

On June 24, NIO Power and FAW Hongqi officially concluded an interconnection cooperation on charging networks. As the first project launched after NIO and FAW signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on May 21, it aims to provide users of FAW Hongqi with charging services featuring extensive coverage, efficient inquiry, and convenient use.

NIO Releases 2023 ESG Report

On June 25, NIO released its 2023 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report, sharing its management and operational achievements in sustainable development in terms of Efficient Governance, A Blue Sky, Superior Products, Sustainable Value Chain, Employee Care, and Charitable Actions.
