We hosted a meeting of the HR Girls ?? community, where we had insightful discussions with Grecia Tardáguila and Stefania Musso about the market, the latest trends, and various aspects of People Management. It was enriching to exchange perspectives and experiences with colleagues from different companies. ??.

Mariana as a Speaker at HR Association:

Mariana Rosendo , our HR Manager and COO, as well as the coordinator of the Human Resources and Technology working group at the Sociedad Uruguaya de Gestión de Personas , recently participated in the #HRConnection event. At the event, Mariana had the opportunity to discuss digital transformation in HR and the growing significance of artificial intelligence in this area. She emphasized how generative AI is transforming people management and highlighted the importance of ongoing learning and adaptation to new technologies for both personal and professional growth. During July, we held our All Hands meeting with the entire Infuy team. These activities are crucial for keeping us aligned, up-to-date, and sharing important updates with the entire team. ????

For example, a supply contract could reconfigure its terms if a source of materials becomes inefficient, all without direct human intervention. In the future, AI could offer advanced predictive capabilities, helping to anticipate possible breaches or risks by analyzing historical data and behavior patterns.
