Outdated references like the "WOSB Program Repository" have been replaced with modern systems such as the System for Award Management (SAM) and Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). Revised Rules on Application Frequency

Previously, businesses declined certification three times within 18 months faced a mandatory 12-month waiting period before reapplying. This rule has been revisited to encourage businesses to address deficiencies and reapply without unnecessary delays, ensuring more flexibility.
