Here with another edition of my Google Ads for Ecommerce Newsletter. I'm writing this from chilly Melbourne this week.

Actionable Tip of The Week:

Google's AI has become 180x more powerful in the last 18 months. Their focus is harnessing that power to help ad performance. Obviously they also want to grow their revenue. So it's still important to make sure things are set up and working correctly.

One way to do this is to use scripts such as Mike Rhodes Pmax whisperer script to see where your ads are showing up. This can then help you make decisions about structure, when to introduce new types of campaigns and when to switch something off.

What Products Or Niches Sell Best on Google Ads?

I get asked this a lot, probably more than anything else. The short answer is you can sell almost anything with google ads. The longer, more complicated answer is that I have a few rules as to what I like to see:

1. Something that solves a problem (preferably a large one) or is easily searchable
2. High ticket (the higher the better $250+ and ideally $1000+
3. If not high ticket, has a high Customer LTV (lots of repeat sales)
4. Has plenty of complimentary products
5. Isn't an overly technical or complex product (easy to understand what it is)
