Let’s have a look at some reality:
January 2025
CoreLogic’s January Home Value Index (HVI) has been released with all the latest must- know property market metrics, including:
Whilst there was a fall in Inflation during 2024, quarterly CPI figures showed rises of 3.6% and 3.8% for the March and June quarters respectively.
So a 4.9% Annual Increase in Home Prices, coupled with CPI figures that were only nominally lower than that throughout much of the year, poses a simple question:
Is there any reason to be waiting?

2 个月There is this lovely thing called Land and its finite …. Add to the fact that we are 70% desert and there is your supply. Nothing more to say.
