A Night of African Football Excellence: CAF Awards 2024

Last night, the African football community gathered in Marrakech, Morocco to celebrate the continents finest players, coaches, and teams at the 2024 CAF Awards. It was a night filled with excitement, glamour, and well-deserved recognition.

Key Highlights: Ademola Lookman of Nigeria and Atalanta was crowned CAF Mens Player of the Year.

Barbra Banda of Zambia and Orlando Pride claimed the CAF Womens Player of the Year award.

Ronwen Williams of South Africa and Mamelodi Sundowns was a double winner, taking home both the Mens Goalkeeper of the Year and Mens Interclub Player of the Year awards.

Chiamaka Nnadozie of Nigeria and Paris FC retained her title as Womens Goalkeeper of the Year.

Emerse Fae of Cote dIvoire and Lamia Boumehdi of TP Mazembe were named Mens and Womens Coaches of the Year, respectively.

This years CAF Awards showcased the incredible talent and passion that African football has to offer. Its inspiring to see African players and teams making significant strides on the global stage.
