A Nigerian Nkwobi Challenge

It was a sunny afternoon in Lagos, and my friends and I decided to meet at a local joint for some Nkwobi. If you're not familiar with it, Nkwobi is a delicious Nigerian delicacy made from spicy cow's foot.

We all nodded, acknowledging the rogue plate that had us reaching for water.
