Nielsen 2023 ESG Report
We released the 2023 Nielsen Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report today, our annual progress report on the six key ESG areas Nielsen is focused on: diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), communities, environment, human capital, data privacy and security, and governance.?
This report is an important benchmark for our employees, clients and stakeholders who are invested in our culture of engagement and our core values of inclusion, courage and growth.
Today’s launch comes exactly one month before Nielsen’s centennial anniversary on August 24. This is a remarkable time in the history of our company and I think our founder, Arthur C. Nielsen Sr., would have been proud to see our progress as an industry leader.
Operating in 55 countries, we see firsthand many of the issues the world is grappling with, from climate change to food insecurity, human rights violations, economic inequality, war and the lingering impact of COVID-19, to name just a few.
