Q. What is your role at Nice, and what do you enjoy most about it?
A. I’m the Sr. Director of Support Operations. The best part of my role is collaborating with my team to continuously improve the customer experience.
Q. How long have you been with Nice North America?
A. It’s been 14 years!
Q. What’s the most rewarding project you’ve worked on at Nice?
A. I’ve been deeply involved in standardizing platforms and training teams on new systems, which has been both challenging and rewarding. Standardization is never easy, but it’s incredibly fulfilling to see our teams adapt and thrive.
Q. What about our products and services are you most passionate about?
A. Our support teams’ dedication to helping customers stands out. Whether it's assisting with installations or troubleshooting, we prioritize resolving issues on the first call and continuously work to improve product quality based on field feedback.
Q. What about our customers are you most passionate about?
A. Many of our customers are professional installers who rely on our support to resolve issues efficiently and keep their projects on track. We firmly believe the Support Team needs to build a relationship with our customers and help foster their business growth. The friendships we have with our partners and the appreciation we receive for our professionalism and quick problem resolution motivates us every day.
Q. Can you tell us about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
A. Our Tech Support Team consistently goes the extra mile. From helping partners with tough projects to advanced programming on extensive Nice Home Management systems, we’ve done it all. We’ve guided dealers step-by-step through complex installations, such as integrating 2GIG sensors into an Edge panel via live video feeds. We’re here to ensure every project runs smoothly, no matter how complex.
Q. What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
A. I enjoy golf, oil painting, playing guitar, and staying active through swimming and working out.

1 周My favorite Greg story: The path I took each day to get to my department took me down a particular row of small offices. The last one in the row housed a guy who was always busy, always on the phone or meeting with someone, and just sounded so professional and confident and kind. I didn't see much of him, as I was usually intent on getting to work, but I did notice the large framed picture of the Nebraska Cornhuskers as I passed. I remember walking through one day and seeing that picture coming down, and boxes in that office, and being sad for this guy, and happened to mention it to my boss. He was highly amused, and walked me to the office next to his, to HIS new boss - Mr. Cornhusker himself, Greg! Greg's humor, professionalism, and kindness changed our department for the better, and I am extremely grateful for the privilege to have worked with him for a number of years. He is open to ideas, listens well, and has a take-charge attitude that brings results. So glad you got the spotlight, Greg - well deserved!
