NICE acquiring AI-driven proactive outreach provider LiveVox for $350 million. LiveVox, which has an AI product portfolio centered on proactive customer engagement, was merged into a SPAC at a valuation of $840 million in 2021, but has since seen its share price slump.
Auto finance platform Lendbuzz lands $345 million at $1.1 billion valuation, including $300 million in credit. According to the company, across ten consecutive profitable quarters, Lendbuzz’s revenue increased 135% in 2022, and over 80% in the first half of 2023, exceeding $200 million of annual revenue run-rate.
Meta laying off employees in metaverse-oriented Reality Labs division. Reality Labs has significant activity in Israel, which could potentially also be hit by the layoffs.
