Nic. Christiansen Group takes over the import of Ford in Denmark!

Nic. Christiansen Gruppen A/S and Ford Motor Company have signed a final agreement that secures the Kolding-based car group the import of the popular American brand in the Danish market.

This follows the parties announcing their mutual desire to reach an agreement in December. Negotiations are now complete, and a contract has been signed, meaning that Nic. Christiansen Gruppen is expected to be responsible for importing and distributing Ford in Denmark from the beginning of 2025 - subject to the approval of the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.

This is a cause for great joy for Niels Vrist Bertelsen, CEO of Nic. Christiansen Gruppen:

At the same time, Niels Vrist Bertelsen is looking forward to being able to offer Ford's many popular v toehicles the Danes, who have always had a great enthusiasm for the iconic brand, which was founded by Henry Ford in 1903 and has been sold in Denmark for over 100 years.

Nic. Christiansen Group takes over ownership of Ford Motor Company A/S, which will continue to be the company responsible for import and distribution in the Danish market. At Ford Motor Company A/S, Frank Skj?rb?k Pedersen will continue to lead as country manager.
