NI’s existing hardware and software already provide a powerful toolchain to accelerate engineering workflows, but the audience was captivated when NI team members Shruti Shirhatti and Michael Phillips?took to the stage to demonstrate how AI can radically improve efficiency, time-to-market, and product performance.???

The remarkable demo showed how AI-enhanced intelligent guidance accelerated two days of work down to 15 minutes. Starting with a PDF of specifications, AI extracted the requirements, created tests for those requirements by reusing existing IP, scheduled the test for a validation lab, and analyzed the results. At each step in the workflow, the validation engineer could review and edit values, ensuring the experience was always “expert-led.” ?

In one more demonstration, NI’s AI-powered chatbot from NI Connect 2023, Nigel, made a special appearance, showing how intelligent test agents can be instrumental for collaboration and idea generation. These examples showed how NI is truly transforming how test engineers work. ?
