It's a really simple idea, adding to the great work that many individuals and groups across the country have already implemented.
Show your support to the NHS and carers by wearing something BLUE sharing on social media and donating to NHS Charities.
You can join in by following these simple steps:
1. Wear something blue
2. Show your support on social media using #NHSWearBlue
3. Nominate your friends to do the same
4. Donate anything you are able to give here
Wouldn't it be great to see everyone wearing something blue when we Clap for Carers on Thursday.
Additional Ideas and Info
If you have kids (or time on your hands) why don't you make something blue from what you have in your house, from any blue fabrics, cord, string, rope etc:
? Friendship bracelet
? Hair Band
? Knit a jumper or a scarf
You could also send your handicraft to friends and family (especially Grandparents) so that they can join in and wear something blue.
