NHC | A Life We Build

Since 2017, the National Housing Company (#NHC) has embarked on an ambitious journey to shape a better future, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, in cooperation with the Minister of Municipalities and Housing. The journey began with 26 projects, with an investment value exceeding 18 billion SAR, spread across 10 different cities around the Kingdom.?

After seven years of hard work, we have opened a new chapter in our journey with a deeper vision and greater ambition under our new identity, "A Life We Build” Today, #NHC has become the largest real estate developer in the region, with 39 projects valued at 92 billion SAR across 17 cities, hosting over one million residents. So far, 88,000 housing units have been sold, benefiting more than 50,000 Saudi families.?

With the launch of our new identity at the Cityscape Global exhibition, we opened new opportunities for ownership and investment. Our projects are now available to a broad segment of society, from beneficiaries of housing support programs to non-beneficiaries, investors, and anyone aspiring to live in vibrant, integrated residential communities where comfort and safety are top priorities.?

We put human well-being at the core of everything we do. Nearly 50% of the areas of our projects are dedicated to green spaces and a wide range of services, including commercial, cultural, sports, educational, and health facilities.?

We are not just building homes; we are creating vibrant destinations full of culture and activity. Our projects extend to include tourism, culture, and commerce, creating dynamic environments filled with opportunities and hope. Our commitment to sustainability ensures a bright future for generations to come.?

We have announced an unprecedented expansion in the form of diverse real estate offerings, with prices starting from 375,000 SAR. We have also announced the development of 62,000 new housing units, more than half of which are in Riyadh, with an investment value exceeding 50 billion Riyals, in addition to major projects across other regions such as Makkah, Madinah, and the Eastern Province.?

We also launched a series of pioneering projects valued at 10.5 billion SAR, including the Khuzam Business Center, Khuzam Boulevard (the longest commercial boulevard in Riyadh), Jeddah Oasis, and Al-Wajeha Business Park. We signed agreements to establish hospitals and medical centers with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Group, along with the SMC Specialty Hospital in Khuzam.?
