NFI raises over $420,000 through annual United Way campaign, a record contribution, supporting 21 communities across North America
NFI's annual United Way Workplace Campaign raised $420,000 –continuing NFI’s commitment to supporting the communities in which it operates.
“NFI’s 2023 United Way campaign surpassed our goal by over 17%, and we saw team member participation rates as high as 100 percent in some of our locations. Our team actively demonstrated unrelenting commitment to the communities in which we live and in which our business operates,” said Janice Harper, Executive Vice President, People & Culture, NFI.
The campaign was championed by new campaign chair, Adam Gang, Director of Human Resources for NFI Parts and ARBOC and employees across North America. Employees from NFI subsidiaries participated in the campaign including New Flyer, MCI, ARBOC, NFI Parts, Carfair Composites, and KMG, all raising funds through individual, team challenge, and virtual giving initiatives.
NFI’s 2023 campaign supported 21 different United Way agencies across the U.S. and Canada, located in or nearby communities where NFI has facilities, and NFI has raised over $3.9 million for United Way agencies since 2009.
