NFDA partners with Marketing Delivery to enhance communications
The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) has chosen our VoiceBox software to support proactive and reactive communications with existing and prospective members. Onboarding the NFDA marks the first trade membership organisation to introduce our popular VoiceBox marketing automation platform to manage outbound campaigns.
The in-house NFDA team will be able to use VoiceBox to build, customise, and trigger email campaigns and manage the distribution of its weekly newsletters via a single interface that includes a comprehensive reporting functionality.

Being able to keep data lists up to date is one of the most challenging areas of email marketing. VoiceBox will automatically update the NFDA’s data sets should recipients unsubscribe from communications. Furthermore, the VoiceBox platform enables users to manage, and segment lists accordingly.
