authors: Kurt Bittner, Patricia Kong, Dave West
english title: Nexus Framework for Scaling Scrum, The: Continuously Delivering an Integrated Product with Multiple Scrum Teams
scrum guide: old one, not newest version November 2020
my version: polish language, not complicated, 2-3 evenings with some notes?
pages: 166
quality: very basic, paper is not white, no colour pictures
what for:?expand nexus guide. real implementation with pros and cons. lessons learned. gives answers for questions like: wow many retrospectives do we have? how to split teams? when to integrate the increment?
industry recognised: certification from scrum.org - scaled professional scrum. book is helpful, but not mandatory
users: scrum masters, product owners, developers, anybody who wants to improve knowledge and their organisation.
my recommendation: yes, book shows the way and how to expand scrum
