Nexthink 2023: Year in Review (Dec 2023)

It's been a long and productive year at Nexthink. Our teams have been hard at work to deliver the best technology and content to improve the digital employee experience for enterprises across the world. Let's take a walk down memory lane and review all the major milestones of the last 12 months.

Highlights of 2023

Product:

Application Experience - we launched a major update to the App Ex product aimed at optimizing application licensing called software metering. Job roles change and maybe someone who once needed a software license no longer does, but when you have thousands of endpoints, it's hard to keep track of who has what licenses and who is using the applications properly. Unused licenses are likely costing you thousands and Software Metering in the App Ex product is meant to solve that problem. Amplify - a simple, front-end plugin that puts comprehensive, real-time Nexthink insights and remediation power at frontline agents' fingertips to help close tickets faster and escalate less. Assist - While not available to the general public yet, we announced Nexthink Assist in H1 and are now in a technical preview with some of our customers. Assist makes it easy to conduct investigations using Natural Language Processing. But that’s only the beginning. Nexthink will continue to enhance capabilities and train the first AI-powered virtual assistant for DEX to conduct even more tasks

Flow?- At this point all of our Insiders should be well-versed in Flow which was our biggest and best product launch to date. BUT if you need a refresher Flow combines real-time, AI-powered data with a low code orchestration engine to continuously optimize complex workflows, monitor progress, handle exceptions, and ensure that all tasks are completed as intended. Everything Else:

In addition to all the amazing product launches and updates this year, the team really took time to engage our customers, hear their feedback, and adjust how we think about our own product accordingly. The community we've built around the Nexthink product is at the core of our success. We hosted in-person user groups all across the world and hosted weekly tech cafés as opportunities to dive deep into the product and give customers direct access to product management. DEX For Dummies 2nd Edition was released this year with practical advice for implementing a smart Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy as we continue to adapt to an ever changing IT landscape.

We hit a major milestone over on The DEX Show releasing our 100th episode and beyond. The guests and conversations have only gotten better and we're bringing you the best yet in 2024. Make sure to subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts.

Nexthink proudly released the first #ESG Report for fiscal year 2022, reinforcing our dedication to making progress towards more equitable and responsible business practices.?In this regard, Nexthink is committed to keep improving the quality and precision of the data reported and to continuously and transparently communicating the potential risks and improvements realized in ESG-related topics.?We also publicly announced our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative and pledged to become #NetZero by 2050.
