In this workshop, you will experience LEGO? Serious Play?, a moderated process that combines the advantages of playing and building with Lego bricks to address challenges from the business world.
It can be used in companies, organizations and teams and is intended to promote new ideas, improve communication and accelerate problem solving, while creating a common understanding of a topic or problem.
About Melanie:
Melanie Wydler-Bloch is a computer scientist with many years of experience as an IT business analyst and Product Owner. While having been heavily involved in topics related to next generation leadership, innovation and business transformation, she currently studies Business Transformation at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration in Zurich. Melanie has been working at Liip for a few years and co-founding TRNSTN transform where she implements what she has learned in practice in a self-organized environment.
