If you're expecting a big pay increase next year, you might want to pay attention.

A recent survey found that many large US corporations are projecting an average increase in their base pay budgets of 3.9% for next year.

These large companies plan to continue to use "non-base-pay strategies" — such as bonuses — to increase overall compensation, according to the survey.

The reason why this is happening is because the worlds population is increasing and there is more people than actually workload. So as a a result a company is paying 10 workers to do a five man job, so yes they are improving workload speed but their profit is being sucked up in more paychecks. Lesson to learn, it is better to have a medium size business which is profitable then to have q huge business and you are always in overdraft. Turn over is vanity. Profit is sanity. Cashflow is reality ????
