Treasury reports rising uptake of instant EV rebate

Car dealerships have been cashing in the point-of-sale rebate launched by the Biden Administration in January 2023. According to the Treasury Department over $580 million has been reimbursed so far, with $135 million already being reported in February 2024.

Meet Robert, one of the #FacesofCleanEnergy:

Robert Latimer is a Senior Consultant at Right Way Land & Compliance and lives in Nebraska.

Robert grew up in an area of Western Canada known for its oil and gas production. His father spent 25 years in the thermal coal mining business. Robert took the leap to clean energy and now helps organizations acquire the land they need for solar and other clean energy projects.

He says, “I honor the past where I grew up and where I spent 30 years of my career, but also enjoy embracing learning and growing in the clean energy transition.”
