??Next wave of web 3 brands/companies should integrate this:
I have put together a list of things from creative, innovative and managerial standpoint. Hope this helps us create an interoperable web 3 ecosystem for entrepreneurs and creatives.
??Although Loyalty programs have existed forever with blockchain technology at hand, they must be reinvented properly. Adding a liquid market structure that allows the shareholders/ team/participants/co-founders the right to enter or exit a brand’s loyalty perks should be the key selling point why anyone would want to be associated with anything.
??Try your best to integrate AI, data collection, space applications, and?Machine Learning as part of your business early on as business/collab/partnership models of the future will collaborate with robots rather than other brands.
??Always think about brand identity, and visuals, and make sure you communicate your unique brand identity through your visual communications rather then focusing on a formula given by some other brand. Be an example!
??Give your most time to product development and make sure your product digital/physical is top-notch and put the entire infra-structure around it and not the other way around. Your product development department of the company is the most crucial bit. Put as much R and D into it as possible with proper time given to understand frontier/web 3 technologies.
??Utilizing Fan-Base structure as an NFT use-case rather than cryptocurrency-backed points. Being loyal to certain brands and their ideologies should be monetised and should be beneficial for the customers.
??Reworking the Customer-Care model by collecting data efficiently and rethinking how customer Engagement can be monetized for the team, ambassadors, leads, and customers.
??Upgrading Memberships with NFT, so that users can engage with events and feel like they are part of the community, and this way they could eventually go on to sell to someone else with the perks they receive attached to it.
??Don't spam content to the customer in the name of brand loyalty cards, in fact, try to recycle and add renewable energy tactics with a brand and their engagement with brand content. The benefit you give to a customer can both be monetary and emotional/work towards an actual issue.
??Build transparency around the brand, Talk about your team and the values you hold as a brand. This bridges the new customers nicely and once they understand how you are an uplifting society or doing something to impact they will more likely to volunteer/become the brand ambassador.
??Brands should rethink their fundamental approach towards pushing thoughtful content and communicating core values aligned with a bigger impact and vision.
