Sitting in departures waiting for flight to Australia to present at the 2023 ASCA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE? ON APPLIED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, huge thanks to Qatar Airlines for sorting out flights only 7 days ago after my original was cancelled for reasons unknown !



Huge thanks to ASCA for inviting me to speak at such a prestigious and International renowned gathering of cutting edge Strength and Conditioning coaches and Sports Scientists.
