After 8 years and 6 month of working for BMW as leader for Organizational Development and CIO, it is time to hit the next level in my business career.
I want to thank BMW and my dear colleagues especially the worldwide IT Team of BMW Group. It has been an outstanding time working together with you and driving the Digital Transformation (100% agile) into the Automotive Industry. I’m very thankful and happy for this great time and as people say: you always meet twice. ??
I decided to go in a new direction and will found 2 companies in Executive Advice and in SW-Engineering. I’m looking forward to this next exciting chapter in life and to propel Digitalization to the next level. All the best and stay healthy. ??????
