I love talking with people who are at a crossroad moment of some kind:?moments of transition, uncertainty, questioning, and also unprecedented opportunity. ?

The questions posed to me often start with:

• What should I do?
• When should I do it
• How should I do it? ?
• What do I need to do first (get more training, certification, etc)?
• Can I even do it – am I too (old, young, experienced, inexperienced)? ?

My answer is always:? It depends!

• on how to best position yourself in interviews, on your LinkedIn profile, in the press, or with your current employer or investors…
• on creating the specific written, verbal and mindset strategies to elevate your value, be at the table, and have your voice heard…
• or how to make the specific next steps needed to curate a career and life of joy, financial sustainability, momentum and ease…

…I help you quickly reveal what you (really) want by connecting with a few essential, foundational and missing details about YOU. ??

Being able to answer: What do I (really) want? is for many, a question just as big and potentially paralyzing as “Who am I? What is my purpose?”

How we set about answering the question can reveal sneaky limiting beliefs about what you think is and is not possible. And, so often, the answer that has been the guiding goal for years turns out to have created a path of suffering, frustration, burnout and more.??

Instead, we initially play with this question:? How do I want to FEEL… regardless of what I am doing?

What I have come to understand is that when you know the impact you create for others when you’re feeling Joy (the “sweet spot” that I call purpose)… it is then possible to reverse engineer what is needed to achieve that.

All to say:
