NEXT STEP!

Being Present = Much Needed to be able to Design Future Leadership, Authentically!!

We are in the midst of CHAOS, mildly put!! So - it's time to take a Pause. The big risk is to be caught up in all that's going on, outside of us // it becomes just noises.

Forgetting who we are, and what our true calling and purpose are really about, is obviously what is happening to most people; we are not led by passion with a clear purpose but by fear of what might happen if I step outside the room filled with what others think about me.

EXPECTATIONS We live in a time with HIGH expectations, of ourselves, those around us, the chief, and our employees - an expression of unclearness in our Inner Minds, a state of chaos, and that I am lost in my understanding of what is possible and what is not; my sense of reality has gone! This is a dangerous sign of being unrealistic in my daily habits and how I spend my time. This is the state I've met many leaders, employees, and whole organizations, these years.

Expectations among people are often based on unaware implicit social contracts. Even without actually verbalizing expectations about give-and-take in a relationship, private or professional, people construct stories in their heads about legitimate expectations of each other.?Unspoken expectations are almost guaranteed to go unfulfilled.

My suggestion: To talk openly about what you expect from other people, and it might improve your chances of fulfillment. From my experience, it's a good idea not to expect what you want or need; it's about clear // direct communication, use that wisely.

Leaders who are Ready for this NEXT STEP are more likely to go with the flow, meaning that their employees have learned a great deal about communicating clearly, in the last few years - corona has taught us a lot!!

To create GROWTH, I believe to have to Pause (the right way) and find our own way to do business, especially in this time of chaos/changes/turnaround; we need to find a common focus; and find our own Next Step, that's the right way to create You Own Path to Your Personal Authentic Future Leadership; this is my Speciality & Expertise, I can help!!
